Ingredients
- 12 avocado slices
- 4 cups chopped lettuce or mix of greens
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 2 cups julienned red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded beetroot
- 1 large julienned carrot
- 1 medium julienned cucumber
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, dry chop and julienne all vegetables and add them to a bowl.
Step 2
Slice the avocado. You can put them on a separate plate or add them to the bowl with the other veggies.
Step 3
Add your preferred vinaigrette, peanut ginger or cashew sauce.
