Ingredients
LAVENDER HONEY

1/2 cup, 4 oz Jamaican Honey

1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp Dried Lavender
ROSE HONEY
-
1/2 cup, 4 oz Jamaican Honey
- 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
GINGER, CAYENNE, GARLIC HONEY
- 1 cup, 8 oz Jamaican Honey
-
3″ fresh ginger
-
2″ fresh cayenne root
-
2 fresh garlic cloves
Instructions
Step 1
Wash 3 glass jars and dry them very well.
Step 2
Add each herb to a separate jar.
Step 3
Fill the jar with honey. Cover well and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
NOTE: Ginger, Cayenne & Garlic infusing should be kept refrigerated.
